Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Please provide photographs of the damage when contacting us, as this helps us process your claim more quickly.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact us via email or phone to request a return authorization
2. Package the item securely in its original packaging
3. Include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation
4. Ship the item to the address we provide

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom or personalized items
• Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
• Items returned more than 14 days after delivery

Shipping for Returns

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.
